If you have not received the registration code after 24 hours, please read the following to obtain a solution:
It is very important that the email address you entered at the ecommerce payment site was a valid email address. If it was not a valid email address, I will not be able to reach you by any means, and therefore, you will not receive a registration code.
If for some reason you have not received the registration code after 24 hours, this means the email address you entered at the ecommerce payment site was either invalid, usually because it was mistyped, or your ISP has rejected the email I sent to you containing the registration code.
In any case, please email me a note stating that you have not received the registration code. This note should also include a valid email address and possibly a backup alternative email address for a carbon copy. When I receive your email, I will “immediately” send the registration code to the email address(s) you specified in your note.
If for some reason you still have not received the registration code by email, such as in the case the my email gets rejected from your ISP and is returned back to me, I will then automatically refund your entire purchase amount.
